Ebor Festival Thoughts 2022

2022-08-19T21:33:53+01:00August 16th, 2022|

Liam’s thoughts for some of the races at York!

Day 1 – Wednesday 17th August 2022

York 13:50 There’s a few here that are very interesting including Mondammej (beaten by Nunthorpe Fav last time he ran over CD), the 6 time course winner Copper Knight (won this race last year off a 6 lower mark – including the jockey claim), the still improving 3 year old Bond Chairman (maybe ran his worst race over CD in October),  the very fast Live In The Dream (wasn’t at his best last time at Chester), the lightly raced and bottom of the handicap Dusky Lord but I’m hoping for a […]

Who runs this weekend?

6 Horses that have caught Liam’s eye!

Liam looks ahead to the racing this weekend and highlights 6 that he is interested in and 2 that he feels are worth backing now! This includes a horse available at 16/1 for the Morebattle Hurdle!

2 for the Bet365 Gold Cup & a Scottish National horse!

As well as briefly mentioning the very obvious Langer Dan, Liam highlights 7 others that had interesting handicap marks assigned this week. A Novice hurdler that may bypass Cheltenham for a handicap, 2 that are interesting in the Bet365 Gold Cup at Sandown and a horse who looks very […]

The handicap could be back on!

Just 5lb doesn’t look like it’s too much!

Liam looks at the handicap changes this weeks and highlights horses he feels have been dropped to good marks as well as one for a Veterans Handicap Chase at Newbury, one for the Imperial Cup and one that he thinks should be saved for an Aintree handicap. He also looks at his 16/1 selection for the Ultima who was only given a 5lb rise. Liam thought he would get 8lb+.

The handicap entries are out!

Liam looks at the Cheltenham Festival handicap entries and highlights 4 additional selections ranging from 16/1 to 25/1. […]

The geniuses use RatingTheRaces Ratings

2022-01-15T17:12:25+00:00January 9th, 2022|

How the Ratings can be used!

A Top Rated winner. What a winner!

Yesterday on ITV Racing, Luke Harvey said ‘if you found that you must be a genius’ when talking about 40/1 winner Jepeck winning at Wincanton.

I guess that means members of RatingTheRaces are geniuses!

Why our members keep their winners private

If you share a system or service with too many people suddenly your angle/edge is reduced until there are so many people following that it’s lost. It’s the same with tipsters and pundits etc. Look at Hugh Taylor for example, his selections are so well backed that they go off a much shorter price than […]
