UK Handicap Mark changes – 30th May 2023

Flat

The handicap marks this week include a couple that could be Goodwood bound, whilst another should be aimed at bouncing back at Royal Ascot.

I think Enemy should be aimed at a winnable handicap but it looks like the Ebor is more likely.

I explains further in this video!

UK Handicap Mark changes – 2nd May 2023

Flat, Hurdle and Chase marks that caught my eye!

Hurdlers

Just the 2 here this week including 1 that looked much more at home over hurdles but found the trip too short and back up in trip and into a lucrative handicap would be interesting at the beginning of the Autumn Hurdlers Twitter Thread

Chase

There’s only 1 race left for this horse now to ‘Complete’ National Hunt Staying Races! Also who is going to inherit and crazily well handicapped horse who with a good campaign can win a few races next season! Chase Twitter Thread […]

His form looks VERY strong!

Friday 25th and Saturday 26th Analysis

Friday 25th November

Newbury 2:30

I’m a big fan of Beakstown here who won for us at Ayr last season over his optimum 2 1/2 mile trip. He ended the season with a good 3rd at Sandown when not beaten far but arguably ran his career best last time out on his seasonal return at Aintree. He finished 4th behind former Grade 1 winner Riders Onthe Storm with subsequent easy Haydock winner Hitman in 2nd and subsequent Paddy Power Gold Cup Handicap Chase winner Ga Law back in 3rd. Beakstown was just 1 3/4 length behind Ga Law. Ga Law won off […]

Saturday 19th November – 4 For Saturday!

Saturday at Ascot & Haydock

I like 4 for tomorrow at Ascot & Haydock.

Ascot 12:55 We had Remastered last time out at Aintree win for us at 8/1 and finishing strongly into 2nd was Milan Bridge who was sent off favourite that day. He’s clearly improving and the switch to fences should bring out more improvement. As mentioned in our earlier video this week for Premium/Pro Members, we like horses that are going straight into handicaps over fences suggesting the trainer feels they have a workable mark. Quel Destin also for Paul Nicholls is likely to need the run having not raced for 658 days and […]

He was last of 6 but could bounce back next time!

2 more 2nd’s over the weekend with both Ejtilaab and Bielsa finishing 2nd at Chester & Haydock respectively. I thought Bielsa had got there but was one stride too late and beaten in the photo whilst Ejtilaab has simply bumped into a rapidly improving horse.
