Liam’s Weekly Thoughts

Liam looks back over the last week of racing and highlights a horse that he feels could be aimed at the Imperial Cup with the aim being winning the Cheltenham Festival bonus. He also highlights a horse that ran better than it seemed over fences but surely reverts back to hurdles next time.

Liam discusses today’s results and who caught his eye including one who he thinks is very special and a name we will be hearing a lot more of over the next few years. He also explains why he wont be giving up on some of his selections that were beaten.

Liam looks at the handicap marks after they were adjusted today and highlights a few that could be aimed at the Holloway Handicap Hurdle or the Lanzarote Hurdle as well as one who could pick up a much easier race over fences if they don’t revert him to hurdles. Liam also discusses one that he feels has been given a lenient opening mark and he wants to see aimed at getting in the Imperial Cup at Sandown.
