I upgraded but can't see the full ratings

If you've upgraded but still see the limited view, your session likely needs refreshing.

You've just upgraded, but the ratings still look limited, only the basic stats are showing, or the premium columns are missing. This is almost always a stale session rather than a problem with your payment: your browser is still running on the access level you had a moment ago, and it just needs to pick up the new one.

Fix it in three steps

  1. Log out completely, then log back in. This is the single most reliable fix, signing back in pulls your new membership level into the session.
  2. Hard-refresh the page with Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) so the browser fetches the full grid rather than a cached limited view.
  3. Confirm the upgrade shows under Account › Subscription. If it says Premium or Professional there, the payment went through and the access is yours, it's purely a display refresh that's needed.

What the full view should look like
