How does the free trial work?
Create a free account and enter the NAP Competition. Link your X account and five days of Premium unlock automatically from your first entry. Prefer not to link X? Message us on live chat and a real person switches the trial on by hand, usually the same day.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial needs no card and does not roll into a paid plan. When the five days end your account simply returns to free, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge.
Do I need an X account?
Not to play. Anyone can enter the NAP Competition and anyone can win the prizes; every entry is locked and public on the Today's NAP Entries page before the off. Linking X is only how the trial switches itself on automatically. Without it, live chat sets the trial up by hand.
What happens when the five days end?
Your account returns to the free tier and keeps the NAP Competition, basic stats, NagMe, TipStats and the Staking Manager. The first race of every day stays free to view in full, and every Friday the whole day's ratings are free.
Can I win prizes during the trial?
Yes. You are in the NAP Competition from your first entry, and the weekly and monthly prizes are open to everyone: cash, Betfair free bets, Premium ratings and the monthly winner's mug.
What is the difference between Premium and Professional?
The trial gives you Premium: the full ratings on every card plus the analysis content and downloads. Professional adds the ProStats system builder, early ratings access and 75 NagMe slots at £37.50 a month. The membership page has the full comparison.
Is RatingTheRaces a tipping service?
No. We publish independent, data-driven ratings and the tools to use them, and we never guarantee winners. Betting involves risk, so only stake what you can afford to lose. 18+.
