Your data and privacy
A plain-English summary of the data we hold, your rights over it, and how to close your account. The full detail lives in our privacy policy.
We keep the personal data we hold to what we need to run your account and the service, and you have clear rights over it. This is the short version; the privacy policy has the full detail.
What we hold
In the main, the things you'd expect: your account details (name, email, username), your subscription and payment status, and the activity that makes the product work for you, your NagMe list, your NAP Competition entries and history, and your settings.
Your rights
- See your data. You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll put it right, you can fix your email address and settings yourself in your account settings.
- Delete it. You can ask us to close your account and remove your personal data, subject to anything we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
To make any of these requests, contact us from the email address on your account so we can verify it's you.
Closing your account
If you're on a paid plan, it's worth cancelling your subscription first so billing stops, then ask us to close the account. Cancelling on its own just reverts you to a Free account; closing removes the account entirely.
