How to cancel your subscription
Cancel any time from your profile page and keep full access until your paid period ends. Your account then simply reverts to Free.
You can cancel your RatingTheRaces subscription whenever you like, and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account simply reverts to a Free account, you don't lose your login, your NagMe list or your NAP Competition history, and you can still play the free NAP Competition.
How to cancel
Cancelling is self serve from your profile:
- Sign in and click your name in the top right to open your profile.
- Find the Membership card, it shows your plan and your next renewal date.
- Press Cancel Subscription and confirm.
That's it. Your Membership card will switch from "Renews on" to "Ends on", you keep everything until that date, and no further payments are taken. Changed your mind before the end date? Contact us and we'll sort it.
