How to cancel your subscription

Cancel any time from your profile page and keep full access until your paid period ends. Your account then simply reverts to Free.

You can cancel your RatingTheRaces subscription whenever you like, and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account simply reverts to a Free account, you don't lose your login, your NagMe list or your NAP Competition history, and you can still play the free NAP Competition.

How to cancel

Cancelling is self serve from your profile. To get there, click your name in the top right of the header:

Then:

1. Open your profile by clicking your name in the top right.
2. Find the Membership card, it shows your plan and your next renewal date.
3. Press Cancel Subscription.
4. Tell us why you're going, then confirm.

That's it. Your Membership card will switch from "Renews on" to "Ends on", you keep everything until that date, and no further payments are taken. Changed your mind before the end date? Contact us and we'll sort it.

The question we ask on the way out

Since 30 September the cancel box asks one question before it lets you confirm: why are you leaving? The options are that it's too expensive, you're not winning enough, you're not using it enough, you're taking a break for the season, you're switching to another service, or something else.

Two of those open a small box for a few words if you want to add them. Pick switching and we ask which service you're moving to; pick something else and you can simply tell us. Both are optional, and we would rather have one honest line than none.

You do have to pick an answer: the Confirm button stays greyed out until you do. Nothing else changes, your cancellation goes through exactly as before, and we are not going to try to talk you out of it on the way. We read these, and they are the quickest way to tell us what to fix.
