How to cancel your subscription

Cancel any time and keep full access until your paid period ends. PayPal members cancel in PayPal; card members contact us and we'll do it for you.

You can cancel your RatingTheRaces subscription whenever you like, and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account simply reverts to a Free account, you don't lose your login, your NagMe list or your NAP Competition history, and you can still play the free NAP Competition.

How to cancel

How you cancel depends on how you signed up:

• Paid with PayPal? You can cancel the recurring payment yourself from your PayPal account, under your automatic payments / subscriptions. Cancelling it there stops any future billing.
• Paid by card? Contact us and we'll cancel it for you. While we move to our new members system, card cancellations are handled by the team for the moment.

Either way, your access stays live until the current paid period runs out.
