Email and notification preferences
You're in control of what lands in your inbox. Turn the different kinds of RatingTheRaces email on or off from your account settings.
Not every RatingTheRaces email is the same, and you don't have to take all of them to keep the ones you want. Your settings let you decide what arrives.
The kinds of email we send
- NagMe runner alerts, the moment a horse you're tracking is declared to run. See How to add a horse to your NagMe.
- NAP Competition updates, reminders, results and leaderboard news for the free competition.
- Account and billing emails, receipts, renewals and important notices about your account.
- Product news and offers, new features, guides and the occasional offer.
Change your preferences
- Sign in and open your account settings from the menu in the top right of any page.
- Open the notifications / email section.
- Switch each type of email on or off, then save.
A quick note on the difference between the categories: account and billing emails are the essential ones tied to your subscription and your login, so those keep coming while your account is active. Everything else, marketing in particular, you can turn off completely.
