How to update your payment card

Tip: double-click or double-tap any word to read from thereCard members update their payment details from the profile page in a couple of clicks. PayPal members update their funding source directly in PayPal.
Keeping the payment details on your RatingTheRaces subscription current is the simplest way to avoid an unexpected lapse in access, for example when a card expires or is replaced by your bank.
How to update your details
- Paid by card? Sign in and click your name in the top right to open your profile, then press Update Payment Details in the Membership card. That opens a secure Stripe page where you can change the card on your subscription in a moment. We never see or store your card details.
- Paid with PayPal? Manage the funding source behind your PayPal (the card or bank account it draws from) directly in your PayPal account. Your RatingTheRaces payment will use whatever PayPal has on file.
If a renewal payment ever fails, we'll email you straight away with a link to put it right, and nothing is cancelled in the meantime: the payment is simply retried over the next few days.
