How your picks run next time out

Conceptall plansnew

When a horse on a card was one of your NAP Competition picks last time out, its badge hover shows how your own picks have gone next time out.

If a horse running today was one of your NAP Competition picks last time out, it carries a small badge on the racecard, for example "Your NAP last time out: 3rd". Hover that badge and there's more to it than the reminder.

What the hover shows

The hover opens with the run itself, which pick it was, where it finished and the date, then how your picks have performed next time out, split by what happened on the day you picked them:

  • When winning: how your picks have gone next time after they won for you.
  • When losing: how they've gone next time after they were beaten.

Each split is shown as a strike rate and a profit or loss to level stakes at the exchange SP, and this horse's own split is tagged (this pick). Each badge shows only its own book, so your NAP badge reflects your NAPs, your NB badge your NBs, and so on.

Why it's useful

It's a quick read on your own selection habits: whether the horses you fancy tend to bounce back, or whether last-time winners flatter to deceive for you. It sits alongside TipStats, which analyses your picks in full.

The figures are built from your own picking history, so the badge only appears on horses you've actually selected before, and the record grows as you play. It's your personal record, not a rating of the horse.
