Grand Annual: I don’t normally get sucked in by comments by the trainer / owner but this one is very interesting:

Harry Whittington feels that Rouge Vif is coming back to boil ready for a run in the Grand Annual, a plan he hatched in the summer.

This plan was a year after I thought of the same plan for the horse!

As you can see he also made this years Horses To Follow (released in September) with the Grand Annual in mind

If the Grand Annual has been the plan all year, it would now make sense why some obvious lesser races for the horse have been bypassed.

He’s currently available at 25/1 and I think that’s a great bet for a horse who would squeeze in at the bottom off a mark of 137!

By popular request, Liam has come up with an e/w treble that he thinks can all run big races and they should all be running in the suggested races.
