Before we made the big changes to RatingTheRaces this summer, we sent members an email about the horses we wanted to follow through the National Hunt season to come. That season is nearly on us, and one horse sat at the top of that list.
He has an entry this weekend in the Silver Trophy at Chepstow, a Class 2 handicap hurdle over 2m3f100y worth just over £39,000 to the winner last season. It is the race we have been waiting for him to turn up in, and it is the start of the road rather than the end of it.
The horse, his form, the Silver Trophy itself and where we think this ends are below for Premium and Pro members.
